The condo association requires a minimum credit score of 700 and at least $50,000 in reserve funds (including investments, savings, IRAs, or annuities) after closing. Leasing is prohibited for the first two years of ownership, and thereafter, rentals must be at least 3 months and no more than 6 months within a 12-month period.
