Donax village is a 19 unit condominium complex located near Sanibel‘s beautiful shell laden beach. All of the complexes units have been restored to as new following damage from hurricane Ian. This unit has been completely refurbished with all new appliances, new AC, new flooring, and carpeting and impact windows and sliders. The bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room are brand new.
